Like Sleeping Beauty who was awakened from a kiss, you awake
to living an authentic life. Your awareness comes from giving
yourself full permission to let your own beautiful light shine
and be expressed in your unique way.
When we create your signature color and design palette and go
shopping, it gives you a fresh start, a new beginning, and an
excitement to keep going—and flourish.
The changes that occur both on the inside and outside spark many
different emotions and situations with yourself and with the people
in your life. That’s where coaching comes in. The more time
we coach together, the more assuredness you’ll have.
I will support you and help you “sing your own song”
and “dance your own dance.” My coaching provides a
safe and welcoming place to recognize what’s keeping you
from living your life fully expressed and to live your life in
a new way. During our time together I listen, give ideas, and
ask questions that evoke your own wisdom to come forth.
Although there is a “Doing” to life, my focus is
on the “Being”—how we can BE our true selves,
fully expressed. I’ll support you to help take care of your
Being—and in that way you’ll be clear about your decisions
and actions.
